Gabriel Portillo is the Owner of Portillo Property Partners. He is an experienced and skilled painter. He takes time to understand the vision his clients' have for their space and is committed to bringing it to life. Amanda Portillo

Amanda Portillo is the Co-owner of Portillo Property Partners and offers nearly 10 years of Property Management experience. She is known for providing a level of professionalism, responsiveness and customer care that is hard to find in the construction industry. She manages behind the scenes operations, client communications, financial management and marketing.

Gabriel and his crew painted our living room, stairwell and hallways, 2 bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. We are very pleased with the finished product! They are reasonably priced, personable, take COVID protocols seriously and very friendly. We will definitely keep them in mind, should we have another project and will recommend them to anyone.

Gabriel and his team are outstanding. Within 48 hours of initially contacting him, the problem was completely fixed and our home looks amazing! We had some water damage on the ceiling that needed to be filled, patched, and painted. The scope of the work was diagnosed by sending photos over email (which was incredibly convenient and Covid conscious) and the job was scheduled immediately. They came on a Sunday and the work was completely quickly (less than a day). Every safety precaution was taken and the team was so respectful of our home. I highly recommend Portillo Property Property Partners. If we need other work done in the future, I will not bother with asking around for multiple quotes and go straight to them.

Gabriel was amazing to work with! He was able to come and take a look at my house within 1 day of reaching out to him, and he gave me a very fair estimate for painting all walls, ceilings, and trim in my condo. He was extremely detailed and responsive, and made the process very easy. He fit me into his schedule just a couple of days later, and they finished the job on time (in one day), and also exactly in line with the estimate. His crew all wore masks, were very clean, and the quality of the paint job was flawless. They went above and beyond the job that was agreed upon and even fixed my bathroom door and repaired some cracked grout in my kitchen backsplash just because they noticed these issues on their own and wanted to help me. I would 100% recommend them and will absolutely use again in the future!

I highly recommend Portillo Property Partners. I was looking for someone to paint the entire interior of a 1600 square foot home as well as scrape, repave and paint the exterior chimney on short notice. Gabriel and Amanda were absolutely wonderful; the team was extremely professional, detailed and thoughtful throughout the entire project and Amanda communicated every step of the way. This company did an excellent job cleaning a large rental apartment that had stains, lots of dirt, and foul smell after being vacated. The apartment was left in pristine condition and all trash was removed. I would highly recommend this company for heavy duty building maintenance.

Gabriel is an outstanding professional. Scheduled the work with no issues. We were under a very tight timeline to get the property ready for sale and his team completed the job in a record breaking 2 days. Not only was the work completed quickly but there was no short cuts taken. He has a keen eye on quality. We are so pleased with the final outcome. I even had some touch up work from the electrician installing some light fixtures and he came back to do that work and it was a completely last minute request! We highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed.

This crew was amazing. I have just moved into my new home and was eager to get some painting and cleaning done before fully unpacking. This team did both for me and came in on a Sunday knowing I was eager to get started. They worked around my animals (two cats and a dog!) and were so sweet to all of them. They left my home tidy each day and immaculate at the end of the project. Gabriel himself is super communicative, kind and ridiculously hard-working. The job (painting walls in three rooms and painting kitchen cabinets) was done in 2 days and one morning- exceeding my expectations. Gabriel also left me with a housewarming gift- completely unnecessary but so thoughtful.
